PURPOSE:To obtain a film having excellent antistatic properties and releasability. CONSTITUTION:The title film is produced by providing a thin film of a mixture of at least one condensation-curing silicone and an antistatic agent comprising at least one cationic anhydride at least on one side of a plastic film so as to give a surface resistivity of 5X10<8> to 5X10<13>OMEGA/square on the thin film.
