FIELD: electricity; blasting.SUBSTANCE: invention is created for automation systems of explosive objects exposed to impact and vibration effects. Electromagnetic polarized switch contains case inside of which there are interacting magnetic and contact systems. Magnetic system includes symmetrically installed magnetic cores. At each end of magnetic conductors there are permanent magnets of hard-magnetic material with high coercive force, external poles of which are connected with additional magnetic conductors. On the main magnetic conductors there are internal cylindrical surfaces for installation of the rotary armature with a gap along its external cylindrical surface, angular width of which exceeds the angular width of the internal cylindrical surface of the main magnetic conductors. Armature is equipped with end ledges, which interact with torsion springs and are equipped with limiters of their rotation at the beginning of armature rotation at the angle of less than half of its complete rotation angle. Contact system contains lead wires with additional pairs of opposite pressed by elastic contacts. Upon that elastic contacts on one lead wire have different, not multiple to each other own frequency.EFFECT: reduce of dimensions and increase of resistance of the electromagnetic polarized switch to strike and vibration influences, as well as increase of the number of contacts, providing switching of electric circuits with considerable currents.1 cl, 9 dwg |
