Packaging with tamper-proof seal for film cartridges - uses cylindrical can as outer box with lid, cylindrical label and tab positioned to show evidence of tampering when opened

The film cartridge is packed in a cylindrical can (1) whose opening is closed by a lid (3). A cylindrical label (4) containing data is pushed over the can but is stuck to neither the can nor the lid. A tab (5) extending from the label and back over the lid is not stuck to the can, and is only slightly and detachably stuck to the lid. The lid cannot be removed from the can without the label and/or tab being noticeably damaged. After opening the can, the can and lid on one side, and the label and tab on the other can be easily separated from each other. The edge of the can opening can be beaded. ADVANTAGE- An extra cardboard packing box is not required. An originality seal is still provided. The materials used can be recycled after use.
