PURPOSE: To provide a dispersion for vesicles which is prepd. by mixing specific salicylic acid deriv. into lipid forming the vesicle films of amphiphilic lipid, has high physicochemical stability, adequate permeability and high capsulation level and has antiacne activity. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. for the acne application by topical application contains a dispersion, in a water phase D, of the vesicles of amphiphilic lipid which consists of the lipid phase films formed by capsulation of an aq. phase E and of which the lipid phase contains the charged lipid. The salicylic acid deriv. of the formula (R is straight chain or branched chain 11 to 17C alkyl; R<1> ' to R<3> ' are 1 to 18C alkyl or hydroxyalkyl, one of which can be benzyl) acting as the charged lipid and antiacne component; for example, 5-N- dodecanoilsalicylic acid N, N-dimethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium are incorporated at 3 to 10 wt.% into the lipid phase. The compsn. in which the amphiphilic lipid exists at 0.5 to 25 wt.% of the total weight thereof and the average of the vesicles is 100 to 500 nm is preferable. |
