<p>PURPOSE:To produce an optically coupled device by omitting a burr removal process and secondary molding process. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 11 and a photodetector 12 are mounted on lead frames 13 and 14 oppositely to each other. A molding body 16 is formed with a translucent resin containing a light-shielding magnetic material 17. At the time of molding, the light-shielding magnetic material 17 is deposited on the surface of the molding body 16 by molding metal molds having magnetic field. The light-shielding magnetic material 17 deposited on the surface of the molded body 16 will interrupt disturbed light.</p> |
