<p>PURPOSE:To separate.screen an objective hydridoma from the mixture of various hybridomas. CONSTITUTION:This method for screening an objective hybridoma is characterized by cloning the mixture of hybridomas by a limiting dilution analysis method, applying the culture supernatant of the cloned hybridomas to a hydrophobic chromatography and subsequently identifying each of monoclonal antibodies produced from the hydridomas.</p> |
