PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, composed of polyethylene terephthalate resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, an ethylenic ionomer resin and an inorganic filler, etc., and useful as films, etc., excellent in heat resistance, shape retaining properties, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition is composed of (A) 40-80wt.% (preferably 50-80wt.%) polyethylene terephthalate resin, (B) 10-40wt.% (preferably 20-40wt.%) polybutylene terephthalate resin, (C) 2-20wt.% (preferably 5-15wt.%) ethylenic ionomer resin, (D) 0-5wt.% inorganic filler (preferably 0.05-1wt.% talc, etc.) and (E) 0-0.5wt.% phosphorus-containing compound (preferably 0.05-0.2wt.% triphenyl phosphite). |
