<p>PURPOSE:To provide a trimming circuit for a magnetoresistance element, which can detect a magnetic field accurately all the time without depending on the applying direction of the magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Line components in the orthogonal two directions and six ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors R11-R33, which form the hook shapes having the line components of the same length, are arranged. A low-resistance metal thin film 41 is arranged so that the six ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors R11-R33 are continuously connected through the respective end parts from a terminal A to a terminal B. Three fuse parts F1-F3 are arranged so as to constituted the closed circuit by way of one ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistor R11, two ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors R21-R22 and three ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors R31-R33 through the low-resistance metal thin film 41. Of six ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors R11-R33, the closed circuits are constituted for every ferromagnetic thin-film unit resistors having the different unit numbers step by step in this way.</p> |
