PURPOSE:To provide a gas injection molded product having uniform wall thickness and not generating an inferior part such as a sink even when a branch part or corner part is present in the gas channel in the product. CONSTITUTION:An expanding part 17 is provided to the branch part 16 of a gas channel guide part 13 wherein the thickness of the cavity 11 of a mold 10 is larger than that of the circumference so as to expand toward the branch part and the cross section of the branch part of a gas channel formed by injecting gas into the molten resin received in the mold 10 is forcibly throttled. By this constitution, even when there is the branch part in the gas channel, the gas flowing through the branch part passes through a narrow part to forcibly press the molten resin on the side wall of the branch part to prevent the side wall from becoming partially thick.
