<p>PURPOSE:To enable a paper sheet to be positioned only by setting it in the tray in a universal type paper feed tray by providing oscillating guide members to position a paper sheet so as to project or retreat against the paper sheet supporting plate member of the tray. CONSTITUTION:In a paper sheet receiving part surrounded with the frame body 2 of a tray 1, the paper sheet is received while the front part and the side part of the paper sheet in the feeding direction are positioned against the front plate 3 and the side plate 4. A plurality of oscillating guide members in response to the paper sheet sizes such as guide members 10-12 in the lateral direction and guide members 15-17 in the longitudinal direction are arranged on the paper sheet supporting plate member 5 of the tray 1, and these oscillating guide members are energized to the projecting positions by means of springs or the like through supporting shafts provided in the paper sheet supporting plate member 5. When a paper sheet is received in the tray, the oscillating guide members are pushed down at the loading part of the paper sheet, and the oscillating guide member positioned on the side part of the paper sheet can regulate the side of the paper sheet in the standing condition.</p> |
