PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a stepped part on the design surface side of a resin product and to attain a consequent improvement of the quality of external appearance. CONSTITUTION:A top force 15 and a bottom tool 16 being clamped on each other, a first slide core 17 is disposed so that its core face 17a comes into contact with the top force 15, while a second slide core 18 is left moved upward, and a first cavity 20 is formed among the top force and bottom tool 15 and 16 and the first slide core 17. A first resin material is injected into the first cavity 20, so as to mold a louver main body part. The first slide core 17 and the second slide core 18 are replaced thereafter and a second cavity is formed among the louver main body part, the top force and bottom tool 15 and 16 and the second slide core 18. A second resin material is injected into the second cavity, so as to mold a louver edge part. Since the design surface side of the louver edge part is formed by the second slide core 18, no stepped part is formed except the boundary part between the louver main body part and the louver edge part on the occasion when the second resin material is injected. |
