<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a clock skew to be supplied to the inside of a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor device comprising a pre-clock cell for distributing a clock to a plurality of points by wires having the same length from an input end 11 to the output end after receiving clock signals from an external source, a plurality of main clock cells 2 for supplying clock to circuits inside a semiconductor device, and a clock distributing circuit consisting of wires 3 having the same length for supplying clock from the pre-clock cell 1 to the main clock cell 2, thereby reducing time deviation between distributed clocks by making the length of each wiring equal in the clock distributing circuit.</p> |
