<p>PURPOSE:To improve adhesiveness and durability between layers by integrating a methacrylic resin layer and a silicone rubber layer through a mixed layer of a methacrylate resin and a silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:In a densure bed as a dental molded body, a base part where artificial teeth 4 are planted is made of a polymethyl methacrylic resin and lined with a silicone rubber layer 2 through a mixture layer 3 of the polymethyl methacrylate resin and a silicone rubber. Here, the silicone rubber layer 2 is made up of an addition reaction hardening type silicone rubber using a platinum based catalyst and a blend ratio of the polymethyl methacrylate late resin and the silicone rubber in the mixture layer 3 is (2:8)-(8:2) by a weight radio. In the most preferable method of manufacturing of a dental molded body, a pasty mixture comprising methacrylic resin particles, a monomer thereof and a radical polymerization catalyst, a mixture of the pasty mixture and a hardening silicone rubber composition and the hardening silicone rubber composition are fed into a mold in layers and the mold is closed to harden the contents under a pressurized heating.</p> |
