The device comprises a first A/D converter (41) for converting analog signal filtered in a low pass filter (30) into 16 Msps digital signal, a filter controller (42) for counting a difference between the ideal impulse and an impulse transmitted from the A/D converter (41) to output a coefficient value of a compensating filter, a second A/D converter (43) for converting analog signal filtered in the low pass filter (30) into 32 Msps digital signal, an adaptive equalizing filter (44) for using signals transmitted from the filter controller (42) and the second A/D converter (43) to output an equalizing pulse, and a mixer (45) for mixing the equalizing pulse with the output signal of the first A/D converter (41) to output the mixed signal to a decoder (50) of a PAM information receiver.
