<p>PURPOSE:To utilize recycled paper by adjusting the length of time that decolorization toner is decolorized, thereby eliminating a decolorizing process. CONSTITUTION:A decolorizing time adjustment part 8 with an eraser which irradiates paper with light having a prescribed band of wavelengths is provided in a fixing part 3, and the paper is irradiated with the light immediately after images are formed with the decolorization toner, thereby adjusting according the use of the paper the length of time that the decolorization toner is naturally decolorized. Therefore, the need for the decolorizing process by means of a decolorizing device is eliminated.</p> |
