摘要 PURPOSE:To enable stable combustion and operation of a boiler, by a method wherein, based on a boiler load, a pressure at the outlet of a forced draft fan is controlled, and distribution of combustor primary air and combustor overfire air is controlled through regulation of their respective inlet dampers. CONSTITUTION:A boiler load signal 101 is inputted to a function generator 102 to produce a forced draft fan outlet air pressure set value F1. The set value F1 and an air pressure, detected by a forced draft fan outlet pressure detector 13, are inputted to a forced draft fan outlet pressure controller 103 to compute a deviation value therebetween, and the outlet air pressure of a forced draft fan 3 is controlled through control of a forced draft fan inlet vane 4 so that the deviation value is reduced to 0. A boiler load signal 101 is inputted to function generators 104 and 105 to prepare an opening instruction signal from each of a combustor primary air control damper 11 and a combustor overfire air control damper 12. Through control of the dampers 11 and 12 by means of the signals, distribution of air base on a boiler load is controlled.
