<p>PURPOSE:To select the door opened in two stages of a half open and a full open in a pipe hinge type door hinge with two hinge shafts. CONSTITUTION:A pair of left and right hinge bodies 4, 5 and an intermediate hinge body 6 mounted between both hinge bodies 4, 5 are connected by a first shaft 7 and a second shaft 8. Stoppers 21, 22 temporarily controlling the quantites of opening are installed among the intermediate hinge body 6 and boss sections 11, 17 for coupling each hinge body 4, 5 respectively. A guide cylinder 18 bent in a U-shape is set up to the intermediate hinge body 6. A first lock tool 23 and a second lock tool 24 are supported at both ends of a guide cylinder 18 in a freely forward-backward movable manner respectively. Transmission bodies 25 composed of a group of balls 25a made of steel between both lock tools 23, 24 are arranged into the guide cylinder 18. A first recessed section 12 and a second recessed section 13 are formed to the boss sections 11, 11 of the hinge bodies 4, 5 in response to each lock tool 23, 24, and both lock tools 23, 24 are engaged alternatively with each recessed section 12, 13 by utilizing the opening-closing operation of a door 3.</p> |
