<p>PURPOSE:To make possible lot production without deteriorating quality in an atmosphere of high humidity, by preventing the absorption of external moisture by interposing a grounded electrostatic shielding layer between layers of this resin films. CONSTITUTION:In the stage that a thin resin film 14 is laminated until the vicinity of the uppermost part of a resin multilayered board 13, a carbon paper 15 as an electrostatic shielding layer which paper is a little smaller than the resin multilayered board 13 is laminated. Furthermore at least a thin resin film 14 is laminated on the carbon paper 15. Finally the thin resin film 14 as the uppermost layer is partly eliminated, and electrodes 16 composed of copper foils are stuck on the eliminated parts. The electrodes 16 are grounded via lead wires 17. Hence the influence of external static electricity can be blocked by a shielding plate. Since the electrostatic shielding layer is interposed between the layers of the thin resin films, the shielding layer does not absorb external moisture.</p> |
