PURPOSE:To provide a laser oscillation device contrived so as to reduce a gas consumption by stopping an exchange of laser gas or by lengthening the exchange time of the laser gas according to a laser output at the time when a laser machining is not conducted, such as the time of carrying-in or carrying- out of a work. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillation device 1 of a structure, wherein with a chamber 3 within a laser oscillator filled with laser gas from a gas bomb 9, the laser gas in the chamber 3 is made to evacuate by a vacuum pump 15, is constituted into a constitution, wherein with a gas flow rate control valve 13, which controls the flow rate of the laser gas to correspond to the mean light output of laser output commands, provided in the middle of a gas feed passage 11 which connects the bomb 9 with the chamber 3, an exhaust valve 19 is provided in the middle of a gas exhaust passage 17 which connects the chamber 13 with the pump 15. |
