<p>In order to recycle aluminum alloy products for automobiles, especially, surface treated aluminum alloy for bodies of automobiles, automobile aluminum alloy product scraps are used as part or the entire of fusing material at least after paint thereon is removed, and after they are atmospherically fused, a part of all of the melt is recycled to automobile aluminum alloy products. As a method for removing paint, first a roasting method is used, and thereafter paint is swollen and separated using a mechanical removing method or a solvent mainly containing methylene chloride. In addition, to facilitate swelling and separation, the metallic surfaces of automobile aluminum alloy products are processed by means such as shot blasting, dull finishing, buff finishing, and emery finishing to give residual stress to the products and subjected to substrate processing.</p> |
