<p>PURPOSE:To greatly improve the sterilization effect in the vicinity of a folded surface on an end surface by putting a packing in a narrow space which is generated at a contact part between the folded part on the end surface and a side surface plate. CONSTITUTION:By bonding a folded part 2 on an end surface, for which the end surface of a carton base paper for a container is folded to the outside, and a side surface plate 1 on the outside, the end surface of the base paper is prevented from being exposed to the inside of the container. For such a container, in a narrow space which is generated by the folded part 2 on the end surface coming into contact with the side surface plate 1, a packing 5 of polyolefine or a sterilizing paste is put to eluminante the narrow space. Or the narrow space may be eliminated by making a sealant layer to be applied on the folded part 2 on the end surface and side surface plate 1 thicker. By this method, when a carton is sterilized, the sterilization effect is prevented from reducing due to the adhesion of air bubbles on the narrow space, and the carton can be efficiently sterilized.</p> |
