RECLAIM OF AGGREGATES FROM WASTE OF PAVED MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION OF RECLAIMED HEATED ASPHALT MIXTURE

PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the production process and reduce the production equipment, required labors, and costs, by preliminarily crushing waste of pavings and integrating it with heat after screening and classifying it to make reclaimed aggregates. CONSTITUTION:Waste materials 1 from pavings are received out of a road site. After preliminary crushing, the waste materials are treated with a screening trommel 3 to separate bed and materials. The screened materials are fed to a rotary kiln 5 through a belt conveyor 4 to integrate them with heat and then classified with a screen 6 to obtain reclaimed aggregates. The reclaimed aggregates are mixed with virgin aggregates in a heated asphalt mixture production process to use as an aggregates product. In this way, crushing and deformation of reclaimed aggregates and remain of water can be prevented.
