PURPOSE: To provide an exhaust emission control device for a two cycle engine of a manually operated work machine, which can be easily manufactured simply by forming itself of several longitudinally arranged sheathed catalytic plates, which is easily realized production-technically and has good catalytic action, and which does not take much space and reduces cost. CONSTITUTION: A catalytic device 1 is composed of several longitudinally arranged sheathed catalytic plates 3, and the catalytic plates 3 are arranged in a casing 2 constituting a part of a muffler. |
