<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate re-utilization as recources by a method wherein the hermetically sealable container of waste plastic is evacuated below the atmospheric pressure with an evacuating device and, at the same time, heated with a heating device so as to melt the waste plastic and then reduce its volume by compress it under pressure with a compressing device. CONSTITUTION:Waste plastic is charged in a container main body 1a and hermetically sealed by covering the main body with a cover 1b through a hydraulic clamp. Next, by evacuating the container 1, with an evacuating device 3 and, at the same time, lowering a press frame 4a, the waste plastic is compressed. Next, heated gas is circulated with a heated gas generating and circulating device 2 so as to gradually pressurize and heat the waste plastic in order to melt the waste plastic. By lowering the press frame 4a further to the predetermined stroke, the molten plastic is delivered through a delivery port 1f, which is connected to a molder, so as to obtain a molded article. Accordingly, the re-utilizing device as resources of waste plastic is simplified, resulting in facilitating re-utilization as resources.</p> |
