<p>PURPOSE:To speedily suppress the influence of variation due to a set value change of a driving roll and disturbance on other driving rolls by providing an other-roll PID control arithmetic means and an adding means, and inputting its addition result as a manipulated variable. CONSTITUTION:A speed command value supplied to the electric motor 9 of a driving roll 3 is obtained through PID control computing elements 30-32 which individually input deviations between tension detected values of tension detectors 14-16 and tension command values of tension setters 17-19, an adder 27 which adds their arithmetic results, and a proportional gain 24. Similarly, a speed command value supplied to the electric motor 70 of a driving roll 4 is obtained through PID control computing elements 40-42 which individually input deviations between the tension detected values of the detectors 14-16 and the tension command values of the setters 17-19, an adder 28, and a proportional gain 25. Thus, the speed command values supplied to the electric motors are found as values which properly correspond to not only the tension that the corresponding driving rolls are put in charge of, but also the tension that other driving rolls are put in charge of.</p> |
