The pneumatic tire is characterized by a composite belt layer in which one or more continuous fibres, which are selected from aramid, polyester and nylon fibers, are arranged inside the vulcanizable belt rubber layer with Shore A hardness of more than 70 degrees at an angle of 0-20 degrees from the peripheral direction of the tire. The rubber layer is composed of 3-30 parts aramid or nylon staple fibers with respect to 100 parts of raw material rubber, 30-80 parts carbonblack having iodine absorptivity value of 50-200 and DBP absorptivity value of 50-200, activating agent, reinforcing resin, vulcanizing agent, and accelerator.
