<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of printing irregularity though a pulse motor is driven on the basis of the number of steps of the pulse motor per one line by selecting one of a plurality of offset values specified at random at every one line and changing the feed timing of a recording paper feed pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:A reference signal dispatching circuit 11 outputting a pulse signal at the beginning of each printing line, an offset setting circuit 12 selecting one of a plurality of offset values specified at every printing line at random, a counter 15 counting this set offset values and a number-of-step setting means 16 setting the number of the steps of a pulse motor per one line of an image to the division number of a thermal head or less are provided. A control part 11 drives a drive circuit 16 from a point of time delayed by the time corresponding to the offset values from a reference signal at every printing line. As a result, printing irregularity can be reduced and the total printing time can be shortened.</p> |
