<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thin trimmer capacitor having a smaller number of parts. CONSTITUTION:A stator electrode 2, a stator terminal 9, a through hole 11,a conductor 8 on the internal surface of the hole 11, counter electrode 7, and rotor terminal 10 are provided on a stator substrate 1. On the other hand, a rotor electrode 5 is formed on the lower surface of the head section 3b of a rotor member and the front end of the leg section 3a of the electrode 5 is caulked to the substrate 1 after passing through the hole 11. The rotor electrode 5 is connected to an external substrate through the conductor 8 on the internal surface of the hole 11, counter electrode 7, and rotor terminal 10.</p> |
