<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a transmission power control circuit outputting the transmission power which is in proportion to a control signal. CONSTITUTION:The power value of the output signal of a reception side gain variable amplifier 6 is detected, the reception side gain variable amplifier 6 is controlled by the signal that the value is compared with a reference power value by a comparator 10, the output signal of a transmission side gain variable amplifier 2 is amplified by a power amplifier 3 and a signal branching the output is detected by a detector 14. A signal that reference voltage 17 is controlled by the output signal of the comparator 10 and a correction signal that the output signal of the detector 14 is compared by a comparison circuit 15 are obtained, and the signal that the correction signal, the output of the comparator 10 and an external transmission power control signal to be inputted from the outside are added by an adder 12 is defined as the control signal of the transmission side gain variable amplifier 2.</p> |
