PURPOSE:To obtain a radio telephon system for preventing traffic inside a radio zone from being uselessly congested without loading the battery of a mobile station by cutting off the radio of the mobile station when moving the mobile station inside the radio zone at medium or high speed. CONSTITUTION:A mobile station 1 is provided with an electric field managing part 21 for measuring electric field intensity and transmitting the electric field intensity to a base station 12, and the base station 12 is provided with a timer control part 22 for inquiring the electric field intensity to the mobile station 1 at every prescribed time, position registration control managing part 23 for storing the history of electric field intensity, and communication judging part 24 for comparing the electric field intensity transmitted from the mobile station 1 with the history of electric field intensity and cutting off the radio of the mobile station 1 when the electric field intensity is extremely weak and the moving speed of the mobile station 1 is medium or high. |
