PURPOSE:To reduce the overall size of a clock while facilitating the fixing work by forming a time correction circuit on a liquid crystal display element thereby preventing the size of a circuit board from increasing and fixing a power supply connector to the clock case while penetrating the case thereby preventing the lead wire from being led out to the outside of the case. CONSTITUTION:A power supply connector 31 secured to a rear case 21 while penetrating through the case is connected with a power supply circuit in order to actuate a liquid crystal indication element 25 and to light a bulb 30 thus indicating the time with a transmitted light. When the time is corrected, an operational knob 33 is depressed to bring a conductive rubber contact 28 into contact with a time correction circuit pattern 27 provided on the element 25. Since a circuit board is not required at the lower end of the element 25, the front size can be reduced. Furthermore, when a power supply connector 31, an electronic component 32, the bulb 30, and a flexible printed board 29 are connected in the rear case 21, the lead wires are prevented from being led out to the outside and the overall size of clock is reduced while facilitating the fixing work. |
