<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of conventional wiring metal by providing a pair of wiring protrusions for guiding a wire while clamping, making a recess for driving a press contact terminal in the inner face of an insulating plate facing the pair of protrusions, holding a wire by means of a wiring protrusion on the insulating plate and then driving a press contact terminal to connect the wire through press contact. CONSTITUTION: A sheet of resin insulating plate 12 is held between upper and lower cases 10, 11. Wiring protrusions 13A, 13B for holding a plurality of wires are then provided on the lower surface of the insulating plate 12 according to a wiring pattern in order to clamp thin and thick wires 14, 15, respectively. A wire is then fed directly from a wire feeder to these wiring protrusions 13A, 13B. The press contact parts 16a, 17a of press contact terminals 16, 17 are then press fitted over the wires 14, 15 held in the wiring protrusions 13A, 13B thus connecting the wires 14, 15. This structure eliminates the need of a conventional wire laying metal.</p> |
