<p>PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit of which the partial and entire mass- productivity is improved. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit is provided with an oscillator 1 for sharing the partial functions of this integrated circuit, circulator 2 or the like and non-radial dielectric line parts mounting part 7 for forming the integrated circuit in cooperation with these oscillator and circulator by mounting them. The oscillator 1 is provided with conductor parts 10 and 11, dielectric strip 12, mounting plane 19a and vertical end face 19b including the dielectric strip 12 near a terminal part 12a. The circulator 2 or the like is similarly constituted as well. The oscillator 1 and the circulator 2 or the like are internally housed between conductor parts 70 and 71 specific to the non-radial dielectric line parts mounting part 7 after evaluation.</p> |
