<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method of simultaneously manufacturing an electrically welded coupling with a terminal opened therein by an injection molding operation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of connecting a terminal pin to the end of a wound coil, and fixing the circumference of the terminal pin by a block in order to make the terminal open and thus manufacture a coil 3 with a block, inserting the coil 3 with a block in the mold so as to place the opening of the terminal 36 in close contact with the mold surface, and injecting resin into the mold for burying the coil part 32 of the coil 3 with a block in resin and thereby securing the block part 35.</p> |
