PURPOSE: To inexpensively obtain a plastic molded product showing high grade appearance without applying special post-treatment after molding by setting the mirror surface glossiness of the surface of the plastic molded product formed by injection molding to a specific value range. CONSTITUTION: A plastic molded product is molded by a mold having a surface shape formed by repeating a process removing the surface layer of the mold to form recessed processing marks with a radius of 25μm or less on the surface of the mold many times while the position on the surface is changed until the processing marks occupy the entire surface of the mold. The 85 deg. mirror surface glossiness of the surface of the plastic molded product is 40 below 80% and at least two parameters containing center line average roughness among three parameters of center line average roughness of 0.5μm or less, average inclination of 1.0-10.0 deg. and an average ridge interval of 5.0-30.0μm are set to specific numerical value ranges to obtain appearance equal to appearance obtained by applying painting treatment in secondary processing from the aspect of a mechanical spectral characteristic and responsive appearance. |
