METHOD FOR COATING A REVERSE ROLL OF AN ALUMINIUM HONEY COMB

The reverse roll coating method produces the uniform coating thickness by controlling the linear speeds of rolls and aluminum foil with a constant ratio. The coating method comprises keeping the linear speeds of aluminum foil(6), the first coating roll(2, 2'), and the second coating roll(3, 3') in the ratio of 100:120:40±5 respectively.
