The construction includes elements cooperating between them to constitute wall. Each of these elements has a quadrangular prefabricated body (3) of standard dimensions forming initially hollow body, with two vertical mounts (3A,B) and two horizontal top and bottom cross pieces (3C,3D). The latter have guide members parallel to each other and adapted to cooperate with corresponding members on fixed top and bottom cross members (4A, 4B) forming respectively a string piece and a pedestal fixed beforehand to the ceiling and ground in a manner to permit the insertion of hollow bodies by sliding. From one of the ends of these fixed cross members, these bodies receive, once in place, a coating material.
