<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a resin compsn. for a toner excellent in low-temp. fixability, anti-offsetting property and blocking resistance even at high temp. and humidity, having high fixing strength and hardly fogging an image. CONSTITUTION: This resin compsn. is based on a vinyl copolymer contg. a high mol. wt. polymer component whose max. value of the mol. wt. distribution is >=5×10<4> and a low mol. wt. polymer component whose max. value of the mol. wt. distribution is 2×10<3> -4×10<4> . Domains of the high mol. wt. polymer component have been dispersed in a matrix made of the low mol. wt. polymer component, the diameter of the domains is 0.01-5μm and the amt. of the high mol. wt. polymer component is >=50wt.% of the total amt. of all the components.</p> |
