FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heating/refrigerating plant has boiler unit, solid-fuel gas-turbine engine whose heat exchanger is installed in boiler unit furnace, hot-water heat exchanger mounted downstream of gas-turbine engine heat exchanger, heat pump producing hot water and cool air, water pump, heat and cold users. Air compressor of gas-turbine engine, air turbine of the latter, air compressor of heat pump, air turbine of heat pump, and water pump are mounted on common shaft. Hot air coming from air turbine of gas-turbine engine goes to ash pit of boiler furnace; amount of heat coming to furnace with hot gases is greater than that entrapped there together with pulverized coal. Hot-water heat exchanger absorbs heat equal to that coming together with hot gases downstream of engine heat exchanger. Heat pump operates under constant conditions at its maximum efficiency:, where.
