FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has several inspection stations positioned in succession and adapted for carrying out various inspection functions, and sorting station from which bottles are transferred to different tracks depending on results of inspection. Machine control may be provided by means of auxiliary track defined by rotating bottle holder and inspection tracks to form closed cycle, when control bottles may be withdrawn from magazine. Inspection tracks defined by rotating bottle holders as well as bottle holder defined by auxiliary transportation track have circumferentially positioned bottle receptacles which define continuous chain during operation control process. It allows systematic test of control devices to be effectuated without manual interference even with small amount of control bottles, in particular, in case this bottles are repeatedly circulated or even when machine has heavy duty mode. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. |
