FINE AIR BUBBLE GENERATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To generate ideal fine air bubbles by a simple and small-sized device by providing two pumps different in emitting pressure and having rotary blades and generating fine air bubbles by utilizing the pressure difference at the time of operation between both pumps. CONSTITUTION: The emitting orifice 3 of a multistage vortex pump (high emitting pressure pump) 1 is connected to the piping 7 piercing the side wall of a water tank 8 and an underwater vortex pump (low emitting pressure pump) 4 equipped with a suction port 6 provided with a flow rate regulating valve 12 and a nozzle and an emitting port 5 is arranged in the water tank 14. The suction port of the multistage vortex pump 1 is connected to a separate water tank 14 by water supply piping 9 and the emitting port of a small-sized air pump 10 is connected to the midway of the water supply piping 9 by air supply piping 11. When both pumps 1, 4 are started, air mixed water is sucked into the pump 1 and air bubbles are pressurized in a state destructed by rotary blades within the pump 1 to be sent to the pump 4 and again dispersed by the rotary blades of the pump 4 and emitted to generate fine air bubbles.
