PURPOSE: To obtain an information communication processor which enables a PC to be used as an excellent easy-to-use telephone set by combining a button telephone device with the PC. CONSTITUTION: Control information is sent and received between the central processing unit of a PC main body 5 and the control part 10b of a switching board 1 and then the monitor 6 of the PC, the keyboard 9, a pointing device such as a mouse 10, a microphone and a speaker on the switching board 1, and voice input/output part of a voice input/output device 4 connected to the switching board 1 are made to operate as the display function, operation function, and voice input/output function of the button telephone set. |
