<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to break a dust bag positively regardless of its size by arranging a belt conveyor for a broken bag and a dust bag-holding member along a dust bag transport route, and making gradually narrow an interval between the surface of a belt and the dust bag-holding member toward the downstream side of a transport direction. CONSTITUTION: In a bag-breaking device 1, a dust bag A is broken by a bag- breaking machine 2 while being transported, and a broken bag waste after the breaking process is separated from a contained dust (b) by a bag-removing machine 3. Further, the bag waste (a) is recovered by a broken bag waste winder 4. In addition, the contained dust (b) drops onto a wet dust recover 5, so that wet dust (c) such as moistened newspaper is recovered separately, and other dust (d) drops onto a selector conveyor 6. In this case, the dust bag A transported by a belt conveyor 21 is caught between a bag-breaking blade 23 on a belt 22 and a dust bag-holding member 24 to be broken. Consequently, the dust bag is classified by the member 24 in accordance with the size of the bag and is positively broken, contrary to a conventional bag-breaking method by which the bag is broken only once while being transported.</p> |
