<p>PURPOSE: To test an equipment unit in a plant only with a command from a central control room. CONSTITUTION: When an operation permission switch 5 is turned ON, switch symbols for normal plant control over respective equipments are displayed at a display part 3 and when a test switch 11 is turned ON, selected switch symbols for equipment units, e.g. an M single stop, M single start, M single inching, etc., are displayed at the display part 3; when the M single start among them is touched, a start signal for the equipment is outputted irrelevantly to the position of a normal operation switch and whether or not start conditions of the equipment are met and when the M single stop is touched and a switch switching permission switch 6 is turned ON, a stop signal for the equipment is outputted without reference of other conditions. Once the switch switching permission switch 6 is turned OFF, a unit test switch is placed in a nonselection state and based on a normal switch position, plant control is performed by an arithmetic part 8.</p> |
