Asublingually administrable composition comprising at least one antigen and aglycolipid adjuvant, intended for the use for producing amucosal and systemic immune response, wherein the mucosal immune response is an IgA response and systemic immune response is a serum IgG response. Disclosed is also the use of at least one antigen and aglycolipid adjuvant for the preparation of asublingually administrable medicament for producing amucosal and systemic immune response, wherein the mucosal immune response is an IgA response and systemic immune response is a serum IgG response.
