<p>PURPOSE: To provide a rotary magnetic recording and reproducing device capable of improving grounding performance and stabilizing image quality by making ground resistance at the contact of a ground brush small and stable. CONSTITUTION: In order to ground a rotary drum 3 having a rotary magnetic head, the ground brush 10 is brought into contact with a rotating member 4' in the rotary drum 3. This rotary magnetic recording and reproducing device is provided with a ground relay member 13 existing between the ground brush 10 and the rotary member 4' and relaying the contact of both members.</p> |
