<p>PURPOSE: To mold a homogeneous sheet by eliminating a temperature gradient over the entire longitudinal direction of a mold for constituting a sheet molding machine. CONSTITUTION: Temperature managing areas 22a to 22g are partitioned along the longitudinal direction of a mold 12. Thermocouples are disposed as temperature detectors in the areas 22a to 22g. Heaters 26a to 26p are disposed at the respective areas 22a to 22g at the outer wall of the mold 12, coolers are disposed in the heaters 26a to 26p, and cooling oil is introduced. The coolers include solenoid valves and valves.</p> |
