<p>PURPOSE: To provide a frame supporting structure capable of providing a grand piano with which increasing of the tension of strings is possible, string length is long and sound quality is good. CONSTITUTION: A middle beam 12 fixed to an inner rim 10 is provided with three pieces in total of connecting bolts 14a to 14c and the lower side of three pieces of skeleton parts of a frame 16 made of metal is projectingly provided with three collar parts 20a to 20c in correspondence to respective connecting bolts 14a-14c. These collar parts 20a to 20c are respectively supported by connecting bolts 14a to 14c, the tension of the strings acting on the frame 16 is eventually supported at the three points provided with the connecting bolts 14a to 14c.</p> |
