a body(1) with a space therein; a driven roller(10) and a driving roller(11), that are rotatably fixed at both walls(1a and 1b) inside the body(1), and positioned at a given distance from each other; an infinite felt(6) whose both ends fit on the driven roller(10) and driving roller(11), for removing chalk powder from the blackboard; and a rotation means for rotating the felt(6).
