PURPOSE: To subject a resin film to draw processing without requiring expensive equipment, strict temp. control and a long processing time to produce an inexpensive product of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A resin film 4 is placed on a lower mold 7 and ultrasonic mechanical vibration energy is applied to the resin film 4 through a tool horn (upper mold) 6 and the resin film 4 is subjected to draw processing at the part held between the punch part 5 of the tool horn 6 and the lower mold 7.
